Two close friends, Dylan and Joel, were fed up with the amount of plastic, unhealthy foods and unhealthy lifestyles that the western world advertises daily. They both travelled immensely and experienced the effects of plastic pollution firsthand.
Through behavioural economics, Dylan investigated the gap between intention and behaviour when it came to plastic buying behaviour for his Master thesis in Economics. Both of them also used bamboo toothbrushes regularly, but all companies on the market offered rectangular sticks that provided a terrible brushing experience.
